Stitchery & Co. Sock Soap

At Stitchery & Co., our sock soap is made by hand in small batches with the highest quality oils (including lanolin!) to help care for your treasured woolens. I carefully craft each batch of cold process soap, which cures for a minimum of six weeks to ensure a luxurious, long-lasting bar.

Stitchery & Co. sock soap is an alternative way to care for all your garments – woolen or not. Our recipe is specially formulated with a thoughtful selection of ingredients, producing a skin- and fabric-friendly bar that gently cleans without harsh chemicals or overwhelming fragrances. Yes, you could bathe with this soap, too!

Protecting our planet is just as important as protecting your favorite fabrics. My minimal soap packaging is fully recyclable, and each bar of soap is free from palm-oil (palm oil production is a major contributor to deforestation and habitat destruction). Each bar is packaged individually in a Kraft paper box.

How to Use

To use as a sock soap or wool wash for all woolens, generously lather the bar of soap under cool running water while filling your sink or washing machine. Soak for at least 15 minutes without agitation. Gently squeeze excess water from garment(s) and, if desired, lightly rinse. To help extend the lifespan of the soap, allow to dry between uses on a soap dish.
